Account Security

Login that Secure Anytime

Lukybet takes user account security very seriously. Every login session is protected by multiple security layers operating automatically in the background — you may not see them, but they're always active, keeping you protected.

Since its launch, lukybet has never experienced any user data breach. This is no coincidence — it is the result of continuous investment in cybersecurity infrastructure that evolves alongside the latest threats.

256-bit SSL Encryption

All data transmitted during the login process is encrypted using SSL 256-bit protocol — the same standard used by Malaysian banking institutions.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

When logging in from a new device or location, an OTP code is sent to your registered phone number as an additional verification layer that cannot be intercepted.

Suspicious Login Detection

The lukybet system automatically detects login attempts from unusual locations or devices and sends an immediate notification to your email.

Auto-Logout

Sessions that remain inactive for a set period will be logged out automatically to prevent unauthorized access, especially on shared devices.

Transparent Login History

You can view a full list of recent login sessions from your account panel — including date, time, device, and IP location. If you spot an unfamiliar session, you can change your password immediately.

Best Practices

Safety Tips Account Security You

While lukybet protects your account on the platform side, there are a few simple steps you can take yourself to add an extra layer of security:

Use a Strong and Unique Password

An ideal password contains at least 12 characters, combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Do not reuse the same password as other accounts.

Avoid Logging In on Public Computers

Computers at cybercafes or public libraries may have monitoring software installed. Only use your personal device or smartphone to log in to your lukybet account.

Be Careful with Public WiFi

Free WiFi at cafes or shopping malls is not always safe. If you need to log in while out, use your own mobile data for a more secure connection.

Never Share Your Login Credentials

Lukybet will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone call. Never share your login credentials with anyone, including the support team.
