1Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to lukybet. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are a legally binding contract between you ("User" or "Member") and the lukybet platform accessed via lukybet.pro. This Agreement governs all aspects of your use of our platform, including account registration, deposits, gaming, withdrawal of wins, and the use of any other services offered.

2Member Eligibility

3Account Registration & Security

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account only on the lukybet platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all related accounts and freezing of funds.

During registration, you are required to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information. This includes your full name, date of birth, phone number, email address, and preferred payment method. lukybet is not responsible for any losses arising from inaccurate information provided by the user.

• Account passwords are the full responsibility of the user. Do not share your password with anyone.
• Use a strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Lukybet will never ask for your password via email, WhatsApp, or any other communication channel.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, contact lukybet customer support immediately.

4Deposit & Withdrawal of Funds

The lukybet platform supports a variety of local payment methods commonly used by Malaysia users, including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and direct bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

Deposit Requirements:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 10 for most payment methods.
• All payment methods must be registered under the same name as the lukybet account.
• Lukybet does not accept deposits from third parties. Funds received from third-party sources will be returned and the associated account may be suspended.
• Any taxes or charges imposed by banks or e-wallet providers are the responsibility of the user.

Withdrawal Requirements:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per transaction.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours depending on the selected method.
• Lukybet reserves the right to request KYC verification documents before approving a first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding a specified amount.
• Funds may only be withdrawn to an account or eWallet held in the same name as the registered lukybet account.
• Any bonus that has not met the wagering requirements is not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements are fulfilled.

5Bonuses, Promotions & Special Offers

Lukybet offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, and other special offers. Each bonus is subject to specific conditions stated in the relevant promotion terms.

General Bonus Terms:

• All bonuses have wagering requirements (rollover) that must be met before winnings can be withdrawn.
• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new user — this includes individuals sharing the same device, IP address, or payment method.
• Lukybet reserves the right to void bonuses and related wins if a user is found to have abused promotions or used wagering strategies intended to manipulate rollover requirements.
• All bonuses have an expiry date. Unused bonuses or unfulfilled rollover requirements within the specified period will expire automatically.
• Bonus values are in MYR and cannot be transferred to other users.

6Game Rules

All games available on the lukybet platform — including slots, Live Casino, Sports Betting, and table games — are subject to the specific game rules of their respective providers. Game outcomes generated by computer systems or live dealers are final and cannot be contested.

• All games use verified Random Number Generators (RNG) or trained live dealers in a regulated environment.
• Lukybet is not responsible for any technical losses resulting from internet connection disruptions on the user's end.
• In the event of a technical disruption to the lukybet system during an active game, lukybet will work to resolve the issue fairly based on the data available at the time of the incident.
• Lukybet reserves the right to void any bets suspected of involving fraud, manipulation, or the use of unauthorised third-party software.

7Prohibited User Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct while using the lukybet platform:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or another identity.
• Using bots, automated scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to play automatically.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or any method to conceal your actual location in order to bypass geographical restrictions.
• Sharing account information or allowing others to access and use your account.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities through the platform.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions in a manner contrary to their original intent.
• Using offensive or threatening language, or harassing lukybet support staff or other users.

9Account Suspension & Closure

Users may also request voluntary account closure by contacting lukybet customer support. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining balance in the account (after deducting any bonus that does not meet the applicable conditions) will be returned to the original payment method used for the deposit.

11Responsible Gaming
